Privacy policy

Boiler.Media collects only what you choose to send us by phone, text or email. We don't use contact forms, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

This policy explains how Boiler.Media (boiler.media), part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, handles personal information. We follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

This website has no contact forms, sign-up boxes or chat widgets. We receive personal information only when you contact us yourself:

  • Phone calls to (604) 632-4959: your phone number and anything you tell us.
  • Text messages to (604) 632-4959: your number and the content of your message.
  • Email to Ali@Sedighi.ca: your email address and what you write, such as your business name, city and website.

We use this information to reply to you, understand what your business needs and, if you hire us, to deliver the work.

Analytics without cookies

We measure how the site is used with privacy-friendly tools that don't set cookies:

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies or cross-site tracking.
  • Contact-button counts: when you tap a Call, Text or Email button, the site records which button type was used, where it sat on the page and the page address. It doesn't record who you are, your phone number or your email address.

Because no cookies are used for tracking or advertising, there is no cookie banner.

Email and CASL

We only send email to people who contacted us first, and only about their enquiry or our work together. We don't buy contact lists or send unsolicited commercial messages, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). If you'd like us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" or tell us by phone.

Sharing, storage and retention

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to run the business (for example, our phone, email and hosting providers) or where the law requires it. Some providers may store data outside Canada, where it is subject to local laws. We keep enquiries for as long as they're useful for the conversation or our working relationship, then delete them.

Your rights and contact

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Reach us by phone or text at (604) 632-4959, or by email at Ali@Sedighi.ca. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
