The quickest way to start is a phone call or a text to (604) 632-4959, or an email to Ali@Sedighi.ca. We're available Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Pacific, and we usually reply within one business day. There are no forms to fill in: you talk directly to a senior strategist.
What happens next
Send a short note
Your business name, city and what you need.
Get a reply
Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.
Plan the next step
If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.
Three ways to reach us
Call (604) 632-4959. Best when you want to talk through your situation now. If we miss you, leave a short message with your company name and we'll call back.
Text (604) 632-4959. Best outside business hours, or if you're on a job site and can't talk. Send your company name, your city and a line about what you need, and we'll reply by text or call, whichever you prefer.
Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best when you want to share links: your website, your YouTube channel, competitor sites or examples of content you like.
What to include in your message
A few details help us prepare a useful first conversation:
- Your company name and website, so we can review it beforehand
- Your city and service area, including whether you serve Quebec or francophone customers
- The boiler brands and model lines you install most, even a rough list
- What content you already have: videos, a YouTube channel, model pages, a blog
- What prompted you to get in touch: a slow season, a new product line, a competitor's content, an agency that didn't work out
- When you prefer to be called back
You don't need all of this. Even "boiler company in Saskatoon, we install combis, our website is out of date" is enough to start.
What happens next
- We review your site and channel. Before we speak, we look at your website, any videos, and how you show up in search for your main boiler searches.
- We have a first conversation. Usually 20 to 30 minutes. We ask about your install list, your estimate volume and your goals, and we tell you honestly whether we think content and video will help.
- We send a written outline. If there's a fit, you get a short plan: which model pages, articles or videos we'd start with, what they're for, and which plan it fits. If you'd like, the 7-day free trial starts here.
Nothing is filmed or published until you've approved the plan in writing.
Before you contact us: a quick self-check
If you're unsure whether you're ready for content and video, these questions help:
- Do you know which three boiler lines bring you the most profit?
- Could one of your techs explain a combi versus system boiler on camera in two minutes?
- Does your office send anything to a customer between booking an estimate and the visit?
- When did someone last check your website for outdated rebate information?
If most of the answers are "no" or "not sure", that's normal. It is exactly what the first conversation is for. Our services overview explains where companies usually start.
Working with us: practical details
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Pacific. If you're in Atlantic Canada, that's 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Atlantic, so a text in the morning works well.
- Replies: we usually reply within one business day.
- Language: we work in English and produce French content for clients who need it.
- Who you'll speak with: a senior strategist, not a call centre or a sales script.
- Who we are: a studio in the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, run from Vancouver, BC, under Ali Sedighi, MBA.
A note for homeowners
Boiler.Media is a marketing service for boiler companies. We are not a contractor and don't install, repair or service boilers. If you have a problem with your heating, contact a licensed heating contractor in your area. If you smell gas, leave the building first, then call your gas utility's emergency number or 911.
Before you reach out, you might find it useful to read about us, check pricing, or look at the FAQ.
Frequently asked questions
What's the fastest way to reach you?
A call during business hours, Monday to Friday 9 to 6 Pacific. A text works well outside those hours, and email is best if you want to send links to your website or YouTube channel.
What happens after I get in touch?
We usually reply within one business day. We look at your website and any videos before the first conversation, so the call is about your company, not a generic pitch.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The first conversation costs nothing, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial that needs no credit card.
Do you take calls about boiler repairs?
We are not a contractor and can't help with a boiler problem in your home. If you have a heating emergency or smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility's emergency line or 911.
